Tuta returns!!! Master tape cutter Tuta Aquino, who wowed you with his Disconet versions of Janet Jackson's "When I Think Of You" and, last month, Kool And The Gang's "Victory", is back. This time it's all the top tunes of 1986, for a spectacular Disconet Top Tune Medley. Working out of his editing studio, Prime Cuts here in New York, Tuta master mixed 20 of 1986's top dance records into a powerhouse medley. With over 400 edits, we feel this is one of the best and most exciting Disconet Top Tune Medlies ever. Thanks Tuta.

"Love In Siberia" by Laban gets a romantic Disconet edit by Steven Von Blau. "Show Some Emotion" by Jahneen, gets a super mix by Mark Styles.
"Love In Siberia" by Laban, is the first single from the forth coming Critique Records LP, "Caught By Surprise". Lecia Jomsson and Ivan Pederson, who make up the group Laban, are from Scandinavia. Laban has had three platinum albums in their native land. This new album is their first in English, and first state side release on the Boston based label, Critique. "Love In Siberia" was written by Ivan Pederson and was produced by Cai Leitner. Steven Von Blau has created a special Disconet version of this song to really excite your floor.
Jahneen is next with "Show Some Emotion", a seductive and sultry up-tempo tune. Jahneen was a background singer for Kool And The Gang, and is now persuing a solo career. Mark Styles who wrote the tune, also produced it in his home studio located here in New York.

Cyndi Lauper's "Change Of Heart" gets exciting changes by Steven Von Blau. Jose "Animal" Diaz remixes "Fascinated" by Company B.
Steven had fun showing his true colors with his terriffic edit of Cyndi Lauper's "Change Of Heart". "Change Of Heart" is the second hit single from Cyndi's Portrait LP, "True Colors". This cut was written by E. Mohawk with additional lyrics by Ms. Lauper. Cyndi Lauper and Lennie Petze produced. This special 12" version was mixed by Shep Pettibone with edits by The Latin Rascals. Steven has added a smoother and longer intro, and lots of fun breaks to excite your floor.
Jose "Animal" Diaz, one of our favorite mixers, brings us a hot new cut from a hot new Florida based group. "Fascinated" by Company B, on The Summer records, was written and produced by Ish for Hot Sounds Productions. Animal's edit will help bring this cut nationwide recognition.

From the folks at Infinity records in Holland, who brought you some of 1986's most exciting high energy hits from Rofo and Samantha Gilles, comes their newest artist, Bianca, with her premiere single, "Do It To Me One More Time". Steven Von Blau has combined the two pulsating versions to bring you a fast-paced, non-stop version to floor your floor.
Here comes Colin again! That prolific wizard of high energy music, whose unique version of "Touch Me" premiered on Vol. 8, Pro. 12, is back to welcome the new year. Colin's new one is called "Hard To Find". This one is a real mover at 144 BPM's. We know it won't be hard to find your dance floor packed when Colin comes on. This cut was written, produced, and mixed by Ed Terry, at Terry Sound in East Northport, N.Y. Vocal arrangements and background vocals were supplied by Colin.
